Teddy the Whirlwind came to our branch on the 4th April 2025 after his previous owner couldn’t look after him.
He has had a few home changes already in his short life, so we’re hoping to find a permanent place for him to settle and a family to love!
Teddy’s full of beans, and will need some training as he hasn’t had too much of this yet, but he is good on the lead and a lovely, friendly lad. Teddy’s breed mix means he will also need regular grooming!
Teddy is a Schnauzer crossed with a Poodle, so here are some highlights of the Schnoodle breed:
- Schnoodles enjoy vigorous walks, as well as plenty of play to keep them busy, and will need at least 2 medium-sized walks a day.
- Teddy’s looking for a home where his owners will be in a large majority of the day, to ensure he has plenty of attention and company.
- Schnoodles may need extra care when meeting other dogs and animals, especially if they haven’t had much socialisation before.
- Schnoodles like Teddy have lots of energy to give, so they would be suited for adults only or families with older children.
