Macaroni came into our branch on 9th April 2026 and has been waiting patiently to be ready for his forever home.
Macaroni was brought in by inspectors and was suffering from Calicivirus and terrible dental hygiene. 4 months on, Macaroni has only his canines left but is currently clear of the virus. He is now allowed to roam outdoors and may be able to live with other cats (but that’s down to Macaroni’s approval).
Mac is very loving, purrs a lot. He can get spooked by new people and some noises. He happily accepts fuss now and is a good boy for his flea treatment. He may take time to settle in a new home as he can still be shy but he no longer attacks or growls at us. He will make a lovely pet for someone with patience. At this time, we would say no young children as he prefers a quieter environment.
