Branch Administrator

RSPCA Lincolnshire Mid and Lincoln branch are looking to recruit a branch administrator (35 hours per week), based in the office at St Mark’s, central Lincoln.

This is a wide-ranging role with a focus on high-quality administration, animal welfare and rehoming, volunteer recruitment, social media management and income generation.

Sales Assistant

RSPCA Lincolnshire Mid and Lincoln branch are looking to recruit a part time sales assistant (5 hours per week), based in our Woodhall Spa charity shop.

This role is to assist in the running of the shop on Saturdays – 10.30am to 3.30pm, plus occasional cover as required to cover annual leave.

Voluntary Position - Treasurer

We would love for you to join us! We are looking for a volunteer branch trustee – Treasurer.

Are you passionate about animals welfare? We are looking for an enthusiastic person who understands charity finance to support us in our mission to prevent animal cruelty, promote kindness and alleviate the suffering of animals.

We are looking for someone to volunteer as a Branch Treasurer for our Lincoln Mid, North East and Lincoln branch: this role will play a vital role in supporting our affairs to ensure that it is governed and managed effectively, whilst continually having animal welfare at the forefront of our operations.

Retail Staff Position - Shop Manager

Are you an experienced shop manager seeking a new challenge?

We are seeking a Retail Shop Manager to run our newly launched High Street Shop and Branch Hub. Our ideal candidate will possess strong charity retail marketing and management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for leading a team of staff and volunteers, ensuring our high profile shop meets its sales targets. In addition, the space will create a platform for exciting and engaging charity ‘hub’ events, generating awareness raising and fundraising opportunities for our Branch.

Voluntary Position - Shop Volunteers

Our charity shops in the heart of Lincoln are looking for friendly volunteers to join our team and help make our shop a huge success.

Make new friends with our lovely and supportive team, and help us help more animals! As a volunteer charity shop assistant, you would join a small team, working with the shop manager and other staff and volunteers to raise vital funds for animal welfare. 

We are ideally hoping for people who can offer an ongoing commitment predominantly on a Saturday and Sunday, however other days and hours would be considered.

Office Staff Position - Finance Administrator

This is an exciting time to join our growing RSPCA Branch! We have an established team undertaking vital animal rehoming and rehabilitation work for around 150 animals in our Branch area each year. In 2024 our Branch area expanded to cover North East Lincolnshire so we can help even more animals across Lincs Mid, North East and Lincoln.

You will have excellent organisation and communication skills to manage the administration and delivery of our animal journey with quality and compassion.

You will bring your finance administration skills to our team processing invoices that are generated from our animal welfare work.

This is an exciting time to join our growing RSPCA Branch! We have an established team undertaking vital animal rehoming and rehabilitation work for around 150 animals in our Branch area each year. In 2024 our Branch area expanded to cover North East Lincolnshire so we can help even more animals across Lincs Mid, North East and Lincoln.

You will have excellent organisation and communication skills to manage the administration and delivery of our animal journey with quality and compassion.

You will bring your creativity and innovation to developing marketing and partnership activities across our Branch area, promoting the work of our branch and raising funds through social media and events.
