Call the RSPCA 24-hour-a-day cruelty line on 0300 1234 999, or the local police station. Please do not use any of the local RSPCA contacts listed below - these are not for emergency use.

Have the following information ready: a description of the animal(s) involved, the precise location of the animal(s), the names and addresses of other witnesses, the registration number of any vehicle involved and the name and address of the suspect(s) if known.
